Reach in Vitamin C



Every fruits and food had their own vitamins and minerals. For short they have there value so it's very important to eat fruits.But this group of fruits is high in vitamin C, and vitamin C is very important to our body to help the body cells resist the damage because it has antioxidants on it.The antioxidants in citrus is very important and it's role is to prevent the cardiovascular disease and cancer.

A study was publish in Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry was stated that
15 percent drop in cholesterol in patients who ate one red grapefruit a day. The patients had recently undergone heart bypass surgery.It added that (2007)onrats—showed that a citrus-based diet reduced cholesterol levels by
20–25 percent, even though the rats were munching on foods loaded with cholesterol.It showed through animal much more to us people.

So citrus or any kind of fruits is good for snack instead of food high in sugar and vitamins C is neccesary to a healthy person like us.

In this period I drink lemonades, they are delicious and refresching.
About bananas, I like the flavour but find them a little bit heavy to digest.
